How do we agree the project?
Send your draft email. The engineer replies in writing within one business day, asks any scope questions and provides a written assessment or proposal. Scope, acceptance criteria, contract and approval are agreed by correspondence.

How fast will I get a reply?
Within one business day, on EU business hours (the engineer works from GMT+4). Messages sent on a weekend or a holiday are answered on the next business day.

Who actually reads what I write?
Valerii — the engineer who would do the work — reads it himself. There is no sales team and no intake form that routes to someone else; the person who answers is the person who would build the project.

What happens when I prepare the email?
The form prepares a draft only. Open it in your mail app or copy the full text; review it and send it yourself. Nothing is submitted by this site. After you send it, you receive an honest written assessment of fit, approach and budget within one business day.
