Four short answers — that is the whole form. You get a written reply from the engineer himself within one business day: an honest read on fit, approach and budget. No call required; if you want one anyway, the calendar link appears after the form.

four questions

Valerii Karpov, the engineer who replies, holding a lens to his eye

Your answers land with Valerii — the engineer who does the work: RAG assistants, self-hosted AI, AI-visibility audits and Astro sites — not a sales inbox.

A few sentences are enough: what you sell, what should change, what made you look for help now.

A written reply within one business day — EU hours, GMT+4. Contract and NDA before any work beyond the audit.

This form has no backend by design: your answers become an email in your own mail client, and nothing is sent or stored until you press Send there.

Prefer plain email? Write to hello@vkvstudio.com — same promise, same person.

Prefer to talk it through first? Book a 30-minute call — anytime, no form required; the same person answers.

Not sure what to ask yet? The service ladder and prices are public, and Trust & Process answers the procurement questions in advance.

Questions

What people ask

  • Do I need to book a call first?

No. The funnel is written-first: four short questions produce a written reply from the engineer within one business day. A 30-minute call is optional and appears only after you submit the form, or you can book one anytime through the Cal.com link.

  • How fast will I get a reply?

Within one business day, on EU business hours (the engineer works from GMT+4). Messages sent on a weekend or a holiday are answered on the next business day.

  • Who actually reads what I write?

Valerii — the engineer who would do the work — reads it himself. There is no sales team and no intake form that routes to someone else; the person who answers is the person who would build the project.

  • What happens after I send the form?

You get an honest, written read on fit, approach and budget within one business day — not a sales pitch. If the project is not a good fit, that is what the reply will say, and why.
